FAQ — San Diego Wedding Arches

Why is this hosted on the All Purpose Objects (APO) website?
San Diego Wedding Arches is operated by APO (All Purpose Objects), my full-time custom fabrication studio. If you ever need custom builds beyond wedding arches — art, furniture, or event pieces — feel free to reach out here!

What’s included with the arch rental?
Your rental includes the arch structure, delivery, setup, and takedown within San Diego County.

Are florals or decorations included?
No — floral arrangements, fabric, and other decorations are not included. You or your florist are welcome to decorate the arch!

How can we attach decorations to the arch?
You can use tacks, nails, string, zip ties, or other removable fasteners.
Please do not use adhesives that leave residue (like glue or permanent tape) or screws that will damage the arch. A little care goes a long way!

How is the arch secured?

  • If the arch will be placed on grass, stakes will be used (stakes are included with rental).

  • If the arch needs to be secured on a hard surface (concrete, asphalt, etc.), please let us know in the additional information section of the form — we can provide sandbags if needed.

Can we move the arch after it’s set up?
No — the arch must remain at the location where it was originally installed. Please don't attempt to move or reposition it after delivery.

What if something happens to the arch?
You’re responsible for any damage that occurs during your rental. If the arch is damaged beyond reasonable repair, a replacement fee of up to $300 may apply.

Are you responsible if something happens during the event?
No — San Diego Wedding Arches is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or mishaps related to the arch’s use or setup.

What about pickup timing?
Please make sure the arch is accessible at the agreed-upon pickup time. A late pickup fee may apply if the arch isn’t available when scheduled.
